Hatha Yoga
Our hatha yoga classes strengthen the body and still the mind by interweaving postures, spiritual practices and breathing with awareness. You are encouraged to bring respect and attention to your body's intelligence. Every class ends with a 10 minute guided relaxation.
Yoga for Health and Healing
Gentle
yoga for dealing with physical conditions. Encouraging and it works.
Satsang
Join us for this uplifting time where we focus on chanting the mantras for our prayer list, offer an inspiring talk or dvd and sing uplifting songs.
Relax into Yoga
In this gentle yoga class you will stretch your body and relax your body and mind using classical yoga postures and relaxation exercises.
Breathing, Relaxation & Meditation
For people living with cancer, ALS and other chronic conditions, their families and caretakers. Take this time to relax and meditate to ease tension, increase optimism and sleep more soundly.
Exploring Your Self-Image
Use the practices of yoga to explore the roles you play and aspects of your personality.
The Wisdom in Your Dreams
Learn to tap the wisdom of your unconscious through dreams. Find out how they relate to your life. A rich and rewarding exploration.
Sacred Dance
Experiene the harmon of body, mind and spirit through graceful dance rhythms and gesture. This is a devotinal yoga practice based on East Indian Classical Dance. If you are new to this practice call for information.
